This method emphasizes understanding challenges from the point of view of those most affected\u2014exploring how they experience these issues in their unique environments and contexts.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To gain these insights, we conducted in-depth interviews with young people who have experience in research related to mental health, climate change, and public health.
