Vet clinics rely on proximity, so choosing the right location is crucial. Understanding local customer behavior, like pet ownership and service demand, is key to ensuring the clinic meets area-specific needs.
What We Did
We conducted a stratified random sampling survey among households to assess pet ownership rates and veterinary visitation behavior in targeted areas.
The Outcome
The research guided a location-based clinic plan, helping project the Serviceable Available Market (SAM) and set realistic sales and visitation targets based on local pet ownership and demand.
