Context
After over five years of delivering Vet Business Training, the client aims to evaluate its impact on participants’ personal growth, business performance, and contributions to the veterinary ecosystem—while also assessing whether the training should be continued in the future.
What We Did
We conducted in-depth interviews, observations, and phone surveys with both VBT alumni and non-alumni to compare outcomes and assess the training’s overall impact and relevance.
The Outcome
The outcome is a comprehensive evaluation of the Vet Business Training’s effectiveness, revealing its impact on participants’ personal and business development, as well as its role in strengthening the veterinary ecosystem. The findings also provide clear recommendations on whether the training should be continued or adjusted for future implementation.
