
Context
The study aimed to identify the need of a new government organization in West Java to accelerate the development of the creative economy.
What We Did
We collaborated with West Java Tourism & Cultural Agency in a series of research activities from benchmarking to several countries, desk research, interview with experts, and several rounds of design sprint.
The Outcome
The outcomes of the research provided a comprehensive mapping of the creative economy ecosystem in West Java. The mapping was used to identify pain points, developed strategies, and determined key actors including the new organization to execute the strategies.
