Job Description

We’re looking for a talented and inquisitive Senior Market Researcher to lead the design, execution, and analysis of market research and/or social research projects. You’ll craft research frameworks, build instruments, and translate findings into insights that shape strategy.

You will work on diverse research projects, engaging with communities, stakeholders, and organizations to uncover deep insights into behaviors, attitudes, cultures, and systems. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with internal researchers and external partners on mixed-method projects that are rigorous, relevant, and impactful.

Familiar with mixed-methods research and skilled in report writing, presentation design, and effectively communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Empathetic listener with a curiosity-driven mindset and a passion for understanding human behavior.
Experienced in analytical and critical thinking, as well as co-creation and participatory research approaches, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data.
Knowledgeable about emerging trends in social research, innovation, and policy evaluation.
Strong knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods and frameworks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in qualitative and quantitative research (academic, commercial, or applied settings).
Proven experience conducting interviews, focus groups, ethnographic studies.
Proficiency in at least one statistical software (e.g., R, Stata, SPSS, or Python).
Experience working with companies, research agencies, NGOs, academic institutions, or think tanks is a plus.
