Job Description

We are looking for a Field Coordinator to help us run smooth and reliable market research projects. You’ll be in charge of coordinating field data collection, making sure everything runs on time, and ensuring the data gathered meets our quality standards.

In this role, you’ll manage and support enumerators, handle field logistics, stay in close communication with the project team, and troubleshoot any on-ground issues. You’ll also assist with basic reporting, documentation, and other operational tasks related to research execution.

Comfortable managing field teams and coordinating day-to-day data collection activities across different locations.
Detail-oriented and committed to data quality, with the ability to spot inconsistencies and solve problems quickly in the field.
A clear communicator who can bridge field enumerators and the project team, making sure instructions and updates flow smoothly both ways.
Organized and proactive in handling logistics, schedules, permits, and unexpected on-ground challenges.
Familiar with basic qualitative and quantitative data collection processes (surveys, interviews, FGDs) and confident in supporting documentation and reporting.
Calm under pressure, adaptable, and ready to make quick decisions when situations shift.

Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in field coordination, data collection, research operations or related experience (market research experience is a plus).
Proven experience managing field teams for surveys, interviews, focus group discussions, or similar activities
Strong organizational and logistical skills, with the ability to handle schedules, permits, and on-ground coordination.
Familiarity with basic qualitative and quantitative data collection methods.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed.
Experience working with research agencies, NGOs, consulting firms, or corporate clients is a plus.
