Research on Pet Owner Vet Visitation Behavior
We conducted qualitative and online quantitative research with vets and pet owners to understand their perspective and behaviour towards animal healthcare activities and ecosystem in Indonesia, along with a measure on Royal Canin brand awareness among pet owners. The research also aimed to understand pet owner’s price sensitivity towards sick pet diet products.
Identifiying pet owners’ behavior in visiting vet clinics and pet food comsumption helped the commercial division to understand better their market consumption driver. By understanding the consumer journey in accessing vet clinic helped marketing team to formulate a more effective and efficient collaboration with their vet clinic partners.
